For the last five years, I've been thinking about relaunching my photo and design company I had while living in Gainesville, Fla. (CMD Graphics). After a lot of encouragement from friends, I decided to take a leap and now here I am launching Blondeshell Studios.
I do marketing and public relations for a living so I am not very comfortable launching this site incomplete (and without a brand or logo or anything really). But I'm doing this to keep myself accountable and motivated. Plus, it's not like I'm going to have millions of visitors (yet). HA HA.
In the coming months (not years, I hope) you'll see a brand starting to emerge. I've been sketching logo designs and am going through my photo archives to curate content for my site. I've narrowed the focus this time around to family photography (pets included) and stationery design. I am hoping to incorporate some of my original watercolor paintings into my stationery pieces. And maybe one day I'll get into making my own fonts.
Sounds like I have my work cut out for me, but as Lilly Pulitzer liked to say, "Anything is possible with a little sunshine and pink."
